measure, display and control the electricity charge.\nThe concept of this work is to solve the problem of electricity which user doesn\u2019t know immediately the rate of electricity charge while using in domesticity. Thus, He would like to elevate the capability of electricity meter called \u201cEconometer\u201d in order to measure the electric power while using, the user will know how much electricity he\/she uses, and be able to plan the use of electricity each month. Then, The Econometer will evaluate the rates of electricity use in a month and finally calculates the electricity charge and how much the user needs to pay for that month.
