ENG CMU Welcomes Professors from Indian Institutes of Technology for Academic Collaboration Discussions

            The Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, led by Dean Associate Professor Dr. Thongchai Fongsamoort, along with Assistant Dean Assistant Professor Dr.Korrakot Yaibuathet Tippayawong and representatives from relevant departments, including Associate Professor Dr.Santi Phithakkitnukoon, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering, Associate Professor Dr. Watchapon Rojanaratanangkule, Deputy Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Associate Professor Dr.Damrongsak Rinchumphu, representative from the Department of Civil Engineering, and Dr. Wisarut Achariyaviriya, representative from the Department of Electrical Engineering, welcomed Dr. Amit Prashant, Dean of Research and Development and BIS Standardization Chair Professor from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar), and Dr. Ashish Garg, Head of Kotak School of Sustainability and Professor & Head of the Department of Sustainable Energy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur), India.

          The visit aimed to discuss academic collaborations, scientific and technological research, and the exchange of students and personnel. The meeting took place on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tiyaporn Conference Room, 6th Floor, 30th Anniversary Building.
