Partnering with Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) to Advance Mechanical Engineering

            On June 19, 2024, at 1:00 PM local time, the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Chatchawan Chaichana, Vice Dean, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Korrakot Yaibuathet Tippayawong, Assistant Dean, Associate Professor Dr. Wassanai Wattanutchariya, and Associate Professor Dr. Watchapon Rojanaratnangkule, Assistant Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, engaged in discussions with the School of Mechanical Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). The meeting aimed to strengthen existing relations and expand collaborations in both research and student exchange programs.

The collaboration focuses on mutual benefits in the field of mechanical engineering. By combining the expertise and resources of both institutions, the partnership aims to enhance research capabilities and provide diverse educational experiences for students. Planned future collaborations include joint research projects, faculty exchanges, and increased opportunities for students to participate in exchange programs and short-term internships, allowing them to gain international exposure and experience.
