Sydney, Australia – February 11, 2025 – A distinguished delegation from the Faculty of Engineering at Chiang Mai University (CMU), Thailand, conducted exploration discussions regarding potential academic partnerships with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. The CMU delegation comprised the following esteemed faculty members:

  • Associate Professor Dr. Thongchai Fongsamootr, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering
  • Assistant Professor Dr. Korrakot Yaibuathet Tippayawong, Deputy Dean and Director of Chiang Mai International Engineering School (CM-IES)
  • Professor Dr. Nakorn Tippayawong, Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering
  • Assistant Professor Dr. Pana Suttakul, Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering

The delegation was formally welcomed by Ms. Katrina Sandy, Manager, Global Mobility Programs (Outbound) at UTS.
