On September 19, 2025, at 09:00, the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, held a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Solar Nicolo Co., Ltd. and Impact Connect Co., Ltd. at the E‑SIE Hub conference room. The collaboration aims to bridge academic knowledge with real-world industry expertise to drive teaching and learning, research, and the transfer of clean energy technologies toward tangible outcomes. Executives, faculty members, and representatives from various faculties and colleges attended the ceremony as witnesses.

The faculty expressed appreciation to both companies for supporting the installation of a 5‑kilowatt, three‑phase solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the E‑SIE Hub.
