            On May 9, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Damrongsak Rinchumphu, a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering and head of the Frontier Research in Urban Intelligence group, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Pattaraporn Khuwuthyakorn, a faculty member of the College of Arts, Media, and Technology, Chiang Mai University, and head of the research team for the Dynamic Digital Twin Development Project for Sustainable Smart University Management, funded by the Partnership Initiative Fund under the Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), and researchers from the City Research and Development Center, Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, visited Assistant Professor Dr. Filip Biljecki from the Urban Analytics Lab, Department of Architecture, National University of Singapore (NUS).

 

During this visit, they presented their research progress and exchanged experiences on topics such as Urban Informatics, Digital Twin Technology, and Net-zero Building Design. They also discussed the possibility of enhancing research collaboration and student exchange between the two universities in the future.
