The Faculty of Engineering congrats to a lecturer and a graduate student of the Department of Computer Engineering; Dr. Arnan Sipitakiat and Mr. Attapan Chan-in on the occasion of receiving “The Best Short Paper Award” at the Fablearn Conference New York  2020, held by Columbia University Teachers College, New York, the United States during 9th – 11th October 2020.

The FabLearn Conferences was a virtual conference that brought together key influencers and thought-leaders from around the world in education, policy-making, academia, design, research, and maker communities to learn, present, and discuss digital fabrication in education, the maker culture, hands-on learning, and instructional tools. There were approximately 200 papers from top universities in the world. Dr. Arnan Sipitakiat and Mr. Attapan Chan-in presented “Designing an Educational Internet of Things Toolbox: A case-study of a learner-centric tool design” which was selected as the best short paper and will be also recorded in ACM Digital Library.
