The Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thongchai Fongsamut, Dean, along with the faculty's executive team consisting of Asst. Prof. Dr. Chatchawan Chaichana and Asst. Prof. Dr. Korrakot Yaibuathat Tippayawong as Associate Dean, and Dr. Faifan Tantakitti as Assistant Dean, as well as faculty members from the Department of Mechanical Engineering including Asst. Prof. Dr. Pinyo Puangmali, Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Konlayutt Punyawudho, lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Chakkapong Chamroon, Head of the Robotics Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Program, welcomed three delegates from the

College of Engineering, National Chung Cheng University (CCU):

- Dr. Yong-Song Chen, CCU Chair and Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering

- Dr. Chih-Ying Yang, CCU Division Director of Planning and Service, Office of Research and Development, and Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering

- Ms. Shirley Hung, Program Coordinator, College of Engineering, CCU

The purpose of this visit was to discuss cooperation in student exchange programs, the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) student internship program, and to introduce further study opportunities at CCU under the INTENSE Program (International Master Program in Smart Manufacturing). The meeting took place at the Hall of Fame, 6th floor of the 30th Anniversary Building, on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Following the meeting, the delegates visited the laboratories of the Faculty of Engineering's Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Robotics Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Program.
