The Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Dean and Director of Chiang Mai International Engineering School (CM-IES), Assistant Professor Dr. Korrakot Yaibuathet Tippayawong and Associate Professor Dr. Theeraphong Wongratanaphaisan from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, warmly welcomed Professor Benoit Eynard, a delegation from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, France. The delegation visited to discuss academic collaborations between the two institutions, primary focused on student exchange programs.

The visit marks a significant milestone in strengthening academic cooperation between the two universities. Both institutions are enthusiastic about the potential for mutual academic growth and success through this collaboration. The discussions centered on establishing academic partnerships, including initiatives such as the student exchange program. This visit took place on September 23, 2024, at the Meeting Room of the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Engineering, 6^th floor, 30^th Anniversary Building.
